Digital health coaching company Holly Health partners with Patient.info

Grace Gimson, CEO and co-founder of Holly Health, announced a new collaboration with Patient.info to promote digital coaching. The partnership, which started in Autumn 2025, expands Holly Health’s personalized digital coaching for mental and physical well-being to Patient.info’s platform, a site owned by Navigate Health (https://navigatehealth.co.uk/).

Holly Health has NHS Innovation Accelerator backing and works with more than 200 GP practices across the UK. The service supports improvements in health outcomes related to exercise, mental well-being, weight, and blood pressure. Gimson commented that the alliance with Navigate Health and Patient.info aligns with Holly Health’s mission to empower people through intelligent tools and education for prevention and health improvement, expressing optimism about the tangible health benefits for users who engage with the coaching.

With rising prevalence of conditions such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and anxiety, scalable behavioral-change support is increasingly seen as essential to enhancing population health and easing demand on NHS services. Holly Health’s coaching focuses on small, achievable steps to foster long-term improvements in sleep, physical activity, nutrition, and mental health.

Thomas Porteus, Director of Product and Partnerships at Patient.info, highlighted the role of practical guidance: while people seek clear, trusted health information, applying that guidance is often the challenge. He stated that Holly Health’s coaching helps users enact change through manageable, realistic steps, creating a sense of control and ongoing support on their health journeys.

The collaboration underscores a joint commitment to prevention and self-management, which are central themes in the UK’s health strategy. Earlier in 2025, Holly Health announced that its digital coaching service would be accessible via the NHS App through a collaboration with Patients Know Best (PKB), enabling two-way data exchange between Holly Health coaching and PKB records for blood pressure readings and lifestyle data.

Additionally, Holly Health unveiled the Prevention Innovation Fund, totaling £320,000. The fund offers up to four Integrated Care Systems (or equivalents in Scotland and Wales) up to £80,000 each to deploy the coaching service, with the goal of expanding self-management support across regions.
