Get ready for an exciting chapter in the world of motocross! TMX Competition is set to make waves in 2026. This family-run team from Chalons, France, has been consistently raising the bar, and their latest move is nothing short of ambitious.
For over a decade, TMX Competition has built a solid reputation, and now they're ready to take on the European stage. With the support of KTM and the French Motorcycling Federation (FFM), they're entering the EMX125 European Championship, and they've got a powerful lineup of young French riders.
But here's where it gets controversial...
Enzo Herzogenrath, a rising star within the team, has been making waves since 2022. He's dominated both the 65cc and 85cc categories, and his 2025 season was nothing short of remarkable: European Champion in EMX85, French Supercross Espoirs Champion, and a close second in the French Motocross Espoirs series. Now, he's moving up to 125cc, and he'll be with TMX Competition for a fifth consecutive season, with direct support from KTM.
And this is the part most people miss: Herzogenrath will be contesting both the EMX125 and French Junior Championships, guided by an experienced trio - Xavier Boog, Thibaut Mugnier, and Alexis Durandi.
On the other side of the pit lane, Liam Bruneau, a 2023 EMX85 vice-European Champion and 2024 French Supercross Junior Champion, had a taste of the 250cc class in 2025. But he made a bold move mid-season, stepping back down to 125cc to race in the EMX125 at Ernée and the Junior Motocross World Championship at Romagné. It paid off, with a 4th place finish at the French GP and a strong 9th in the World Championship.
Bruneau hasn't been resting on his laurels, either. He's been busy competing in various events, including the SX Tour opener, the Kenny Festival, and the Coupe de l'Avenir. He even ventured to Germany for the ADAC Supercross, where he fought hard for the win, ultimately finishing third overall in Stuttgart.
For 2026, Bruneau is back in the 125cc class full-time with TMX Competition, aiming for European and French Junior honours, and once again, he'll have the direct backing of KTM Factory Racing.
The team made the official announcement on social media, and the motocross community is buzzing with excitement.
